1Account
You sign up with your phone number and are responsible for your details and for orders placed from your account. Accounts are suspended for abuse or fraud.
2Orders and price
The price at checkout is the amount due, including the delivery fee by road distance. Prices shown earlier are estimates.
3Payment
At this stage you pay cash on delivery. Online payment methods will be announced when enabled; we never store card numbers.
4Cancellation
You can cancel a scheduled order, or an order before the restaurant accepts it, at no charge. After preparation starts, cancellation goes through support only.
5Problems and refunds
If an order arrives incomplete, wrong or damaged, report it from the order page within 48 hours of delivery; we review it and compensate you when confirmed.
6Parcels
Cash, jewellery, weapons, narcotics, medicines, alcohol and animals are not allowed; the maximum declared value is 100 JOD. Parcels are handed over with a code given to the recipient.
7Delivery
Arrival times are estimates and depend on preparation and traffic. Someone must be at the address to receive the order.
8Changes and contact
We may update these terms and show the last-updated date at the top. Questions: in-app support.
